Fixing Her Up© 2001 Harlan Jacobsen
She becomes single and at long last can make the decision all by herself what part of the country she wants to live. She alone decides what kind of an area or neighborhood she wants to live in. She selects the very type of home that suits her. She picks out exactly the type of furniture she likes. She decorates her place like she chooses. She fixes everything up the way she enjoys it. She chooses and drives the kind of car "she" prefers. She works at a job that she likes where she likes. She works the hours she chooses. Now she gets all new friends, just the type of people she enjoys. She only does things with them she enjoys--doesn't do things she does not enjoy. She spends time only with those people she wants to, as much or as little time as she pleases. She has many different friends she does different interesting things with. If she wants to be alone she can or if she wants to be with someone special she can. If she wants to go out and meet new people, she does. When she expands her life and she grows as a person, it isn't a threat to anybody. Her married friends say, "We have found someone special for you to marry to take you away from all this so you can be happy."
